SUFFOLK REDEVELOPMENT AND HOUSING AUTHORITY
PROJECT BASE VOUCHER WAITING LIST OPEN

The Suffolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority (SRHA) is dedicated to providing affordable housing and assisting individuals in becoming self-sufficient. SRHA is virtually opening its Project-Based Voucher (PBV) application process for rental assistance.

The apartments, known as Saratoga Place, will have eight (8) project-based units of its seventy-five (75) unit complex, located in Suffolk, VA. This property will accept applications for two-and three-bedroom PBV units online. To apply, please visit our website at www.suffolkrha.org between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 19th, and Thursday, February 20th, 2025.

The online application process will start at 9:00 a.m. and close at 3:00 p.m. each day the applications are taken as listed above. Please note that late applications will not be accepted. Applications can be made available to individuals with disabilities upon request. To request specific reasonable accommodation, please call 757-925-6493.

We will also mail applications to individuals with disabilities upon request, but these requests must be made in writing. The completed applications must be mailed and postmarked within 10 days of
