SUFFOLK REDEVELOPMENT AND HOUSING AUTHORITY
PROJECT BASE VOUCHER WAITING LIST OPEN

The Suffolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority (SRHA) provides affordable housing and assists people to become self-sufficient. SRHA will open its Project Base Voucher (PBV) application for rental assistance virtually. The apartments named Whitemarch Pointe Eagle Landing Apartment are located in Suffolk, VA 23434.

Applications will be accepted (online) for two-bedroom, units. To apply access our website at www.suffolkrha.org between the hours of 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday, March 26th and 27th, 2025. The online waiting list application process will close at 3:00 pm on March 27th, 2025. Late applications will not be accepted.

Applications can be distributed to people with disabilities upon request. Call 757-539-2100 EXT 132 for a specific reasonable accommodation request. Applications will be mailed to people with disabilities upon request. The application must be mailed and postmarked within 10 days of the request. Applications postmarked after 10 days of the request will not be accepted.
